Good Morning Towne Ave Families,
The District has provided resources for student learning. The link below will take you to the Continuity of Learning page. This page has digital resources that are available now. When you scroll down you will notice links to different grade levels. When you click on these links, you will notice a sheet with links to activities and videos.For those wanting/needing Paper Packets, they will be avail able tomorrow, January 10th for pick up at our Region South Office from 8:00am-11:00am. 1208 Magnolia Ave, Gardena.
We understand that not all our families will have access to these options. Please do not worry if your child cannot do this today or tomorrow.

Good Evening Towne Ave Families,
As the fires continue, a decision to keep all LAUSD Schools closed tomorrow, January 10th has been confirmed. Please answer your phone for important messages from the District or Towne Ave.  For our students needing breakfast and lunch the following locations will be open from 8:00am-11:00am on January 10th. Fremont High School and Harry Bridges Span, Edward Markham Middle School and Barack Obama Global Preparation School.  For those families wanting work for students who do not have digital access, paper packets for students will be available at District Offices.Closest office is in Gardena at 1208 Magnolia Ave. These packets will not be counted towards grades but may provide the consistency of instruction. Continue to check the LAUSD at lausd.org, Class Dojo, IG and our website or updates.
All Los Angeles Unified schools and offices will be closed on Jan. 10. Digital academic resources are available. Paper packets are available at region offices from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. For information on continuity of learning, meal distribution sites, and other resources, visit lausd.org.
