CAP - Comprehensive After School Program
The Comprehensive Afterschool Program (CAP) Plan for Towne Ave. Elem. explains how our school provides free after-school and enrichment programs for students through LAUSD’s ELOP funding.
What does it include?

Why is it important?
The plan ensures all students have access to safe, engaging, and enriching learning opportunities beyond the regular school day — at no cost to families.
It also helps the school keep funding by following state rules (like the 9-hour total learning day).
The CAP Plan is our school’s promise to families that after-school time will be meaningful, safe, and supportive for every student.
